Our property offers 55,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Whether you require a formal or informal setting, the Delawana Inn Spa & Conference Resort can effectively accommodate your meeting requirements. Please note that all meeting space includes standard audiovisual equipment and each of the meeting rooms mentioned below offer a telephone line and wireless high speed Internet connections. We can also make arrangements for additional audiovisual equipment (at an extra cost). The following listing outlines our traditional meeting rooms, but please note that other areas are also available. They include the Boathouse Lounge, the Lobby Area, Mackinaw Restaurant, Marine Deck or Private VIP Homes. Please ask for further details.

Included in your meeting package is the following standard Audiovisual equipment:
Overhead projector, Screen, TV, VCR, Flipchart, markers, pads and pens, mints.
(Note: All special audiovisual requirements can be accommodated with ease for additional costs.)

The Huron Room
The Huron Room is a large multi-use room, with a 17-foot ceiling and is located in the main lodge. Floor space is 4,800 square feet, plus with an additional raised stage at the front of the room, adds 1,200 square feet. It is perfect for presentations, trade shows or equipment functions! The room is equipped with its own power supply, spot lighting, electronic screen, storage area, PA system and large windows that can be opened to overlook Georgian Bay. Fully broadloomed, a large portion of removable carpeting is located by the stage area, allowing for setup as a ballroom or various other uses. Loading dock at rear of the room allows for easy loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, audiovisual or tradeshow materials.

The Algonquin Room
The Algonquin Room is located on the lower level of the main lodge, with 1,470 square feet of meeting space. It is equipped with a permanent wall mounted conference cabinet, natural light and a view of Georgian Bay. This room is suitable for a variety of larger setups and presentation options.

****NOTE:  Algonquin room and Iroquois Room can be opened and combined as use of one large meeting room.

The Mohawk Room
The Mohawk Room is located off the main lobby and is 1,200 square feet. With floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay, if offers plenty of natural light. It is a perfect meeting room for promoting creative thinking or doing teambuilding activities. A permanent wall mounted conference cabinet completes the room.

The Beausoleil Room
Located on the lower level of the main lodge, the Beausoleil Room features 1,050 square feet of meeting space. This room offers a permanent wall mounted conference cabinet and plenty of natural light. A passageway offers access from the Beausoleil Room to the stage area in the Huron Room.

The Iroquois Room
The Iroquois Room is located on the lower level of the main lodge and offers 966 square feet of meeting space. Equipped with a permanent wall mounted conference cabinet, natural light and a window view facing toward Georgian Bay. Large double doors open to the outside allows easy loading and unloading of equipment or supplies.

The Ojibway Room
The Ojibway Room is located on the lower level of the main lodge and offers 675 square feet. This is our smallest size of meeting rooms and is perfect for breakout meetings or a small group meeting. Natural light, a window view and a permanent wall mounted conference cabinet complete this room.

Delawana offers more than just meeting rooms for meetings. Have your group meet at The Mackinaw Dockside Restaurant, at The Boathouse Lounge, on The Marine Deck or in one of the 4 VIP Houses at the resort. Other areas to meet include the many open decks, docks or on boats, on the islands or whatever is in your imagination.
